The video was filmed by an amused Austrian who posted it online under the title "Meanwhile in Austria" where two men speaking German with Austrian accents can be heard joking about what they are seeing.

The two men who are talking to each other say: "That is what I call cleaning inside" and "now she’s doing the windows" and then later saying: "I can't believe it."

It is not clear where the video was shot nor if the vehicle was even still drivable, but commentators noted that it was no doubt very clean.
The woman can be seen using the high-pressure steam cleaner to blast water inside in order to clean the seats. The doors were apparently open to ensure sure that the excess water is blasted out the other side.
Without any regards to the electronics inside, she first of all cleans the back seats, then the front seats and then the doors and finally the four floor mats.
She then started work on the front seats, and the floor and then finally the roof and windscreen – from the inside and can even be seen cleaning the gearstick and dashboard.
