One of Vienna's most luxurious hotels is now offering a five star service for the pets belonging to their wealthy customers.

For just €50 a day, pet dogs and cats staying at Hotel Bristol on Vienna's Ringstrasse can be cared for and pampered in the most luxurious fashion.

Posh nosh is also available at an extra cost, with staff serving up dishes that include €20 poached fish, beef tartar, or capon breast.

The hotel's high end food can also be delivered as room service, along with their ‘Fancy Snacks' for pets.

“We offer a dog and a cat menu, snacks and cookies - there are also vegan and vegetarian options,” the hotel director Simone Dulis.

“We have organic dog shampoo and little toys. Every dog gets a chewing bone personalised with their name, which is of course a natural product and very good quality.”

An after-dinner walking service is also on offer as part of the hotel's specialised pet programme, as well as city guide run by the dog guide service Fred & Otto in Wien, explaining which places are welcoming for dogs in Vienna and where to go in emergencies.

The hotel also donates €5 of the €50 luxury pet care to a local animal home TierQuartier.
