The more expensive apartment sold for €8.78 million and is a 304 square foot penthouse with three terraces. It was sold to a British man last November who lives in Monaco and works in the mining and diamond business.

The second apartment is 363 square metres, with two terraces, and was sold in October for €7.05 million.

Both properties are located in the former BAWAG bank headquarters at Am Hof in the 1st district.

The exclusive Golden Quarter neighbourhood was developed by Tyrolean investor Rene Benko and his real estate investment company Signa. It also houses a number of high-end flagship stores such as Emporio Armani, Prada and Louis Vuitton.
