Man bites off chunk of ear at stag party
A bachelor party in Burgenland, Austria, went horribly wrong when an uninvited guest turned nasty and took a bite out of one of the men’s ears
Six friends from Krems in Lower Austria had gathered to celebrate the future groom’s ‘last night of freedom’ in Podersdorf.
Whilst they were drinking at a bar a stranger challenged one of the group to an arm wrestling match. “I lost the game and got up from the table and walked away,” Michael M. told the Kronen Zeitung newspaper. “Then he jumped on me from behind, and bit me,” he said.
Michael M. passed out and when he came to he was being treated by a first aid team outside the bar. The biter had already fled the scene.
Michael was taken to hospital and found to his horror that part of his ear was missing. He was operated on in Krems hospital.
Police are still looking for the attacker. According to witnesses he is around 1.75 metres tall, aged between 25 and 28 and has short, brown hair.
