A driver on Sunday morning was shocked when a naked man ran into the path of his car. Even more surprising, the man ran off despite being hit.

The driver called the police when his car hit a naked man at 8 a.m. in Ludesh in the district of Bludenz.

After an extensive search with sniffer dogs and a helicopter, the 22-year-old naked man, thought to be under the influence of drugs, was found sleeping in a doorway at 12:30 p.m.

He was taken to the Bludenz state hospital by emergency services in order to assess his injuries.

Police were able to trace the man's streak from a "Goa" themed party, which was being held illegally in the nearby scenic beauty spot of the Bludescher Au.  After inspecting the party, discovered by the police helicopter while searching for the man, police shut it down.
